The non escape road

I wanted to write something everybody thinks aboutwhen they're extremely lost. Lost about life, about love. Lost about choice, about all those voices who remind them how pathetic they are. Enjoy the text!!

The non escape road

Apparently, this time it was the last time. I knew I was making the wrong decision, and yet I still chose this path. But oh well... In the end, it doesn't matter whether I make it or not. Honestly, nobody's waiting for me at the end. They all say they care about you, but how many see the pain you hide behind every gesture? I always told myself that their happiness strengthened me, but now that it's shattered, my heart can no longer keep up with my dark desires.

I find myself on this path where neither the beginning nor even the end can guarantee me a better future. Has it ever happened to you that you feel overwhelmed by so many thoughts that even your own thoughts make you doubt the future, and even your own existence? It's like reading a melancholic text. Each word is a stab, each sentence a flow of bloody tears. Is life always made of misfortune and sadness? I've always been told to dream big and fight to achieve them, but what's the point of holding back when I can easily let myself fall into the void, effortlessly, painlessly, and without a care for tomorrow?

I won't cry out for help; who would hear me? No matter how much I complain, we all have our share of hardship. And even if they could hear or see me... I see them all waiting for me to do something to get out of this mess so they can once again enjoy my kindness and sincerity. I am solely responsible for this situation. It's my fault they all want to use me for their own gain.

But anyway. It's all over: No more me, no more them, no more us. Now, only the darkness within me accepts me. Even though it's dangerous, I choose to sink even deeper because the difference between them and this darkness never existed.

The Heartbeat of the Economy: Understanding the Simple Transaction

The economy works like a simple machine. Many people find economics complex, and there is often little agreement on how it works. This can make the subject feel intimidating or inaccessible. The reality, however, is that the entire economic system is built from "a lot of simple transactions that are repeated over and over again a zillion times."

Focusing: When Words Alone Aren't Enough

Focusing, developed by Eugene Gendlin, is an embodied practice of self-reflection that helps meaning emerge from the body rather than the thinking mind. At its core is the felt sense—the vague, bodily knowing that exists before clear thoughts or emotions. By staying with this “murky edge” in a nonjudgmental way, we allow clarity to form naturally instead of forcing answers. Unlike meditation or cognitive insight, Focusing invites us to listen to the whole of our experience—mind, body, and intuition together. As we slow down and attend to what the body is signaling, what once felt stuck can begin to shift. This process often leads to a felt shift: a subtle release that opens new perspectives and ways of moving forward. Focusing reminds us that our bodies often know long before we can explain—and that depth, clarity, and change emerge when we are willing to listen.
